Former Kaduna state first lady, Hadiza El-Rufai, caused a stir on X last night when she came out to correct a post written by Senator Shehu Sani. The Senator had made a post about how President Tinubu traveling out of the country has a way of affecting the economy. He wrote;New law of economics;When the President travels out,Taxes and Prices goes up.” Mrs El-Rufai who has a penchant for correcting bad English on X, spotted his post and also corrected the Senator. According to her, Sani’s post should have read go up” and not goes up. See the exchange below
