Newnaija Nigeria’s House of Representatives took a bold step towards the next fiscal year on Wednesday as it asked President Tinubu’s administration to submit its appropriation bill for 2025.
The request is coming on the premise of the requirement for the submission of the proposal by the executive.
The House of Representatives says the timeframe stipulated by Section 11 subsection 1(b) of the Fiscal Responsibility act of 2007 has been flouted by the failure of the President to make the proposal available before now.
