Kano Pillars’ technical adviser, Usman Abdallah has expressed disappointment with his team’s loss to Akwa United.

Kano Pillars fell to a 2-0 defeat to Akwa United at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on Sunday.

Endurance Edibiri and Friday Apollos netted for Akwa United in the game.

Abdallah said that his players failed to utilise their chances in the game.

“We came here with the intention of taking all three points,” Abdullahi remarked.

“But we have to accept this result and focus on the next game.”

Kano Pillars will lock horns with Rangers in a midweek fixture on Wednesday.
