The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR says the nation is in dire need of reputable individuals who will position themselves as agents of societal cleansing and national development.
The President of the institute Ike Neliaku said this during the induction of new members into the institute.
Neliaku says the Nigerian nation has manifested signs of inadequacies which have necessitated the call for patriotic individuals to rise up to the quest for nationhood
He says the NIPR is partnering with relevant organisations to establish a platform within and outside the country that will aid reputation management through carefully designed programmes.

He urged the new inductees to avail themselves as reputation advocates in the country
The inductees are confident that their new status will embolden them to provide solutions to nations challenges through diverse areas.
They reiterated the call to end quackery in the country’s information management system.
