Man who gave up his US visa lottery slot for his friend reveals how he paid him back

A man has revealed that he gave up his US visa lottery spot for his jobless roommate in 2005/2006. He said he was working and feeding the jobless friend, so when he had the chance to apply for the visa lottery, he decided to use his slot to book for his friend. He said his agreement with the friend was that if the slot wins and he travels, the friend will help him to migrate too. The slot won and his friend travelled. He said the friend has been in the United States of America since 2007 and totally ignored him, despite efforts to reach him. He added that he eventually found the friend’s wife and reached out to her but she revealed that she has left the marriage because of how poorly her husband treated her. See his tweets below. The post Man who gave up his US visa lottery slot for his friend reveals how he paid him back appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
