Edo Guber: Asue Ighodalo Calls For Calm, Says Better Days Ahead

The Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the just concluded governorship election in Edo State, Asue Ighodalo has described September 21 as one of the darkest moments in the state’s history.

Ighodalo who gave this description at a media briefing in Benin City called on the people not to lose hope as there are better days ahead.

The September 21 off cycle governorship election has come and gone.

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Asue Ighodalo, is thanking Edo people for coming out to exercise their franchise.

For him, he said the result as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is not the true reflection of their will.

He wants residents not to despair as there is always hope for a better tomorrow.

For standing firmly by him throughout the electioneering process, Ighodalo assures the people of his support at all times.
