The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Monday Okpebholo says he hopes that the seamless election process in his hometown of Udomi will be mirrored throughout the state.
Okpebholo shared this sentiment after casting his vote in Udomi, located in the Esan Central Local Government Area.
Many polling stations in the area received voting materials early, with security personnel deployed to manage the movement of those not on election duty.

Upon arriving at his polling Unit 1 in Ward 2 at Udomi Primary School, Okpebholo waited patiently in line and when it was his turn, he stepped forward to cast his vote, while a crowd of journalists captured the moment.
After voting, Okpebholo commended the electoral body for the smooth conduct of the process in his area and expressed his delight at the large turnout of voters.
Other voters echoed Okpebholo’s sentiments, sharing optimism about the exercise.
