CAF Confederation Cup: Enyimba arrive Nigeria from Bamako

Enyimba have arrived in Nigeria following their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Etoile Filante of Burkina Faso.

The People’s Elephant held the Burkinabes to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of the second preliminary round tie.

Enyimba landed at the international wings of Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos, on Sunday.

Yemi Olanrewaju’s side arrived in the country at exactly 5 pm and are expected to connect a local flight to Aba to begin preparations for the return leg.

The second leg is billed for the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Sunday, September 22.

The winner of the encounter will progress to the group stage of the competition.
