The woman seen in a viral video undressed and tied to a chair at the Top View hotel in Abuja has narrated her ordeal in the hands of a suspected fraudster, Joseph Efe. The FCT Commandant, Olusola Odumosu said Efe specialises in luring ladies on dating sites called ‘coded runs’ with the intent to rob them of their phones and making withdrawal from his victims’ bank accounts. Efe during his confession before newsmen, said that he met the victim on a h00kup site before inviting her to the hotel. Narrating her ordeal to newsmen, the woman, Olivia Ijeoma Chukwuemeka, admitted that she had been on the hookup site called coded site.” I met the suspect some months ago.
