The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps NSCDC Rivers State command, has called on the general public to ignore the misleading report on social media that the ten operational vehicles given to the command was to compensate it for helping the governor in the October fifth local government election in the State.
Debunking the remour at the command’s head office in Port Harcourt, the public relations officer of the command Olufemi Ayodele, explained that the vehicles were given to the command before the election, the way it was also donated to the Nigerian police to help reduce crime and criminality in the state.
